  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays or busy periods.
  • Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and the delivery method chosen.
  • We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options.
    • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • We currently ship within India. International shipping options may be available upon request; please contact customer service for more information.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered on time, but please allow for minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or third-party carrier issues.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
  • You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Issues and Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at info@vedantamagrifresh.com. We will assist in investigating and resolving the issue.
  • Venantam Agrifresh is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been delivered to the provided shipping address.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

  • If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Changes to Shipping Information

  • If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact customer service immediately. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
