At vedantamagrifresh.com, we always try to give you the best shopping experience. However, opened or damaged products cannot be reused and we never accept exchange or return of opened or used products once they are sold or delivered.

• Vedantam Agrifresh is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

• If you have quality issue, we exchange the product but exchange will be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact at info@vedantamagrifresh.com  (For all queries)

• All rights of return and exchange is reserved with Vedantam Agrifresh.

• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

• Exchange process will be completed within 7 – 21 days once request accepted.

• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

• There will be some discount if products are picked from shop.

• Has missing parts or accessories

• Product will only be exchanged if their packaging not opened and not used.
